We will leave the school at 8:30 am.
We plan to take I-95 to Springfield by 9:15.
We will park in the garage - the cost is $5.00 per vehicle.
We will eat snack on the way.
The metro ride will take almost 30 minutes.
We will then walk to the Art Museum.

The students will tour the exhibits.
We will eat lunch in the building cafeteria or where ever we can find room.
We will tour the Renaissance Room, Impressionism, and the students will draw their own reproduction of some of the works they see with colored pencils.

Our afternoon departure time is scheduled to be by 2:00pm to come home.
All students should be home by 4:00pm, but traffic may delay our return. We will make every endeavor to notify the school if we will be extremely delayed.

The cost for this trip is $6 per student. The cost is the same for parents. The cost is to offset parking for 5 vehicles (2 teacher vehicles, and 3 parent vehicles) and to pay for the Metro ride. Parents who wish to drive on this trip need to inform Ms. Grace. Additional parents may drive as well, but they will need to pay for their own parking.

Please turn in slips and money by Tuesday morning, December 2nd. No child will be permitted to attend if they have not completed their reservation by that time.
